All electronic medical records, personal information, and image data are strictly protected in accordance with international HIPAA healthcare safety standards and Vietnam's Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.
2. Data Collection & Purpose of Use
We only collect information necessary for safe examination and treatment:
- Identification & Contact Information: Full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, address.
- Clinical medical data: Medical history, laboratory test results, vital signs, and surgical plan.
- Professional images: Anthropometric photographs taken before and after surgery (stored internally in the treatment record only).
3. Commitment not to share data with third parties.
We are committed to NEVER selling, transferring, exchanging, or commercializing patient information to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
Before/After images may only be used for medical research or media purposes with the client's signed and written consent.
4. Customer rights regarding personal information
Customers have the full right to request to check, update, correct, or extract their personal medical records by contacting customer service directly.
