This user policy is developed in compliance with the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam and international medical standards. This policy applies to:

• All individuals can access and learn about specialized aesthetic knowledge on the website and official communication channels of Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dinh.
• Customers can register for online consultation and schedule a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Dinh.
• Customers can directly utilize cosmetic surgery services (eyes, nose, breasts, liposuction - abdominoplasty) and aesthetic medicine services.

2. Exclusive Customer Privileges

• One-on-one consultation with Doctor Nguyen Quoc Dinh: The entire process of anthropometric assessment, defect identification, and surgical planning was carried out by Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dinh himself, without the involvement of any consultants or medical assistants.
• Honest, scientific, and personalized advice: The doctor thoroughly explained the actual improvement rates, advantages, and disadvantages of each intervention method, without adding extra services or recommending excessive interventions.
• Preview the simulation results: Advanced image analysis technology helps clients visualize their post-surgery appearance clearly before making a decision.
• Right to self-determination & Refusal of interference: Clients have the full right to think about, consider, or refuse surgery if they feel they are not psychologically or physically ready, without any obligation whatsoever.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Courteous Reception Regulations

To ensure Dr. Dinh has enough time for in-depth examinations and can dedicate maximum attention to each client, the appointment scheduling process is as follows:

• Confirm your appointment: The professional assistant team will contact you to confirm your appointment within 30-60 minutes of receiving your information.
• Rules for changing or rescheduling: In case of an unexpected event requiring a rescheduling of your appointment, please notify us at least in advance. 12-24 hours so the clinic can rearrange the schedule as carefully as possible.

4. Customer's Healthcare Obligations & Responsibilities

The success and safety of a cosmetic surgery procedure requires close collaboration between the surgeon's skill and the client's strict adherence to the treatment plan.

• Provide truthful health declarations: Clients are obligated to provide accurate and complete personal medical history (cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, blood clotting disorders, allergies to anesthetics/antibiotics) and any previous cosmetic procedures they have undergone.
• Perform pre-operative screening tests: Patients must undergo all necessary blood tests, coagulation tests, X-rays, electrocardiograms, etc., at the hospital before surgery. Doctors will firmly refuse to perform surgery if health indicators do not meet safe thresholds.
• Follow the post-operative care protocol:
  • Take your medication fully, at the correct dosage, and on time as prescribed by your doctor.
  • Keep the surgical wound dry and clean, disinfecting it properly according to the instructions of the attending nurse.
  • Wear a nose splint/breast shaping bra for the standard duration to achieve the best and most stable shape.
  • Absolutely avoid foods that can easily irritate and cause swelling of scars (water spinach, beef, seafood, sticky rice, alcohol, tobacco, etc.) for at least the first 3-4 weeks.
• Regular follow-up appointments are scheduled according to milestones. Attend follow-up appointments at the following milestones: Days 1-3 (dressing change, cold plasma treatment to reduce swelling and promote healing), Days 7-10 (doctor directly removes stitches and checks the shape), and at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year to assess long-term stability.

5. Transparent Costs & Deposit Policies

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dinh applies a transparent and clear financial policy right from the first examination step:

• Package price quote: The service cost is clearly communicated to the client before a decision is made, including comprehensive testing, surgery, genuine materials, hospital stay, and follow-up appointments – guaranteed. No hidden fees..
• Deposit to reserve surgery date: Patients pay a deposit as per regulations so that the clinic can schedule an operating room at the hospital and seal medical supplies separately.
• Deposit refund policy for medical reasons: If pre-operative test results show that the client has medical contraindications (not meeting the safety requirements for surgery), the facility will refund the deposit or reserve it indefinitely, according to the client's wishes.
